Rasmus Puksmann (b. 1988) is a visual artist who lives and works in Tallinn. In his work, he focuses on the experience of space and its perception, as well as on the nature of light or, conversely, its absence. He explores the human relationship with time and how space, light, and time shape our perceptual experience. Sensory experience and the exploration of different modes of perception also play an important role in his practice. Taking an interdisciplinary approach, he does not limit himself to the visual experience alone, but also incorporates other senses and embodied experience into his work.
